Job summary

FULLERTON BAEKJEONG LLC is seeking a kitchen team member to support a fast-paced Korean kitchen. You will set up stations, prep meat, seafood, vegetables, and cold items, and create sauces and garnishes for your station. You’ll monitor coolers, restock supplies, and ensure equipment is cleaned and sanitized to restaurant standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high-volume kitchen environment preferred.
• Knowledge of various cooking ingredients preferred.
• Familiar with authentic Korean food is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up stations and gather supplies for service.
• Prepare a variety of foods including meat, seafood, vegetables, and cold items.
• Prepare sauces and garnishes for allocated station.
• Restock reach-in coolers and prep lunch boxes.
• Clean and sanitize line equipment and prep areas.
• Follow safe food-handling procedures and report shortages.
