Job summary

Responsibilities

• Prepare a variety of foods including meat, seafood, vegetables, and cold items.
• Prepare sauces and garnishes.
• Store all food items per safe handling procedures.
• Inform chef of shortages in advance.
• Prepare dishes to order.
• Set up sanitation buckets and towels.
• Check line equipment for gas leaks and ensure safety.
