Job summary

Language Services Associates is looking for XXX interpreters in the Los Angeles area. As an independently contracted interpreter, you will facilitate language communication for LEP communities across diverse settings, providing accurate and confidential interpretation services.

Qualifications include full fluency in English and Korean, strong client service, and at least 1 year of interpreting experience; industry certifications (CMI, CCHI) are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service
• Adhere to Code of Professional Conduct, including maintaining strict standards of confidentiality
• Adhere to all policies and procedures, including professional interpretation protocols and industry specific best practices
• Adhere to clearance requirements as requested by clients
• Report on site to any accepted assignments in a timely manner
• Access to personal or public transport
