• Business-level proficiency in Korean and English (speaking, reading, listening, writing).
• Must be able to travel nationwide up to 75%.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation skills and time management are MUST.
• Must have valid driver's license.
• Must be flexible and able to work under multicultural environment and minimal supervision.

Aufgaben

• Provide technical supports and quotes to meet customer needs.

• Provide quotations containing terms and conditions to customers.
• Negotiate cost, timeline, technical specification, and provide consultation as needed.
• Establish sales strategy plan by analyzing account history for forecasting and performance improvement.
• Prepare presentation materials for sales meetings and demonstrations with customers.
• Follow up with customers for preventative or emergency maintenance service or replacement parts requests.
• Support onsite engineers and technicians for equipment assessment and feedback after installation; suggest new technology/solutions.
• Monitor production progress on customer orders for status update communication and avoid delays.
• Create sales reports using MS Excel and company system; report to Direct Managers.
• Maintain records and document updates in a timely manner.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Global Industrial Equipment manufacturer is looking for a Korean / English Bilingual Sales Engineer near Atlanta, GA area. Ideal candidate will have Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering background and technical customer support in industrial setting experience.

Responsibilities – Korean / English Bilingual Sales Engineer:

• Provide technical supports and quotes meet customers needs
• Make visits to customers to identify opportunities for growth within our platform
• Provide quotations containing terms and conditions to customers
• Negotiate cost, timeline, technical specification etc., and provide consultation as needed

• Prepare presentation materials for sales meeting and demonstration with customers
• Follow up with customers for any preventative/ emergency maintenance service/ replacement parts requests.
• Support onsite engineers and technicians for equipment assessment and feedback after installation, and suggest new technology/ solutions for improvement in their productivity.
• Monitor production progress on customer's order for status update communication and avoid any delays
• Create sales reports by using MS Excel and the company's system and report to Direct Managers periodically
• Maintain all records and documentations for system update/ data entry in timely manner
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

Requirements – Korean / English Bilingual Sales Engineer:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field
• Minimum 1-3 years of sales engineer experience preferably in manufacturing industry
• Able to read and understand the blueprints, technical drawings/ specification
• Business-level proficiency in both Korean and English language skills (Speaking, Reading, Listening, Writing)
• Must be able to travel nationwide up to 75%

• While performing the duties of this job you may be required to intermittently sit, stand, walk, lift up to 40 pounds, lift in excess of 40 pounds with a lift assist, climb stairs, use hands to handle or feel parts/equipment, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend at the waist, talk and hear. You may also be required to use close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and peripheral vision.
