Job summary

Global Industrial Supplier is seeking a Korean-English bilingual B2B Account Representative to join our Duluth, GA team. The role focuses on supporting manufacturer accounts, delivering quotations, and driving strategic sales activities in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of automotive B2B experience, strong negotiation and presentation skills, and proficiency in Korean and English. Travel up to 50% and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Supply Chain Management or related field.
• 1–3 years of B2B account management experience in the Automotive industry.
• Business-level proficiency in Korean and English (Speaking/Listening/Reading/Writing).
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation skills and time management.
• Must have valid driver’s license and be able to travel up to 50%.
• Proficient Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Support key manufacturer accounts and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Provide quotations with terms and conditions to customers.
• Negotiate cost, timelines, and technical specifications; provide consultation.
• Coordinate product delivery with shipping and logistics.
• Develop sales strategy by analyzing account history for forecasts and growth.
• Prepare presentations for sales meetings with customers.
• Monitor order progress and update customers to avoid delays.
• Create and report sales data using MS Excel and company system.
• Maintain records and data entry for system updates.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

Global industrial supplier is looking for Korean-English Bilingual B2B Account Representative near Duluth, GA to join their team. Ideal candidate will have good understanding of what manufacturer business customers needs. This position is full-time/ direct-hire position with comprehensive benefit package.

• Support key manufacturer account and maintain good relationships with customer account
• Provide quotations containing terms and conditions to customers
• Negotiate cost, timeline, technical specification etc., and provide consultation as needed
• Coordinate successful delivery of products to customer site with shipping department and logistics couriers
• Establish sales strategy plan analyzing account history for future forecasting activities and performance improvement
• Prepare presentation materials for sales meeting with customers
• Monitor progress on customer’s order for status update communication and avoid any delays
• Create sales reports by using MS Excel and the company's system and report to Direct Managers periodically
• Maintain all records and documentations for system update/ data entry in timely manner
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, Supply Chain Management or related field
• Ideally have at least 1-3 years of B2B Account management experience in Automotive industry
