Job summary

LG H&H Americas is seeking a Korean-bilingual Accounts Receivable Manager in California to oversee the end-to-end AR function for USA affiliates. Responsibilities include billing, collections, cash application, aging analysis, and credit management, aligning with Sales, Customer Operations, and Finance.

You will drive process improvements, reporting, and working capital performance while partnering with Korean HQ to ensure accuracy and efficient close cycles.

Qualifications

• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Experience managing end-to-end AR in consumer products or similar.
• Korean bilingual communication with HQ team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day AR operations, invoices, payments, credits.
• Lead collections to minimize aging and improve cash flow.
• Manage deductions, disputes with Sales and Customer Service.
• Prepare AR reconciliations and support month-end close.
