Job summary

Universal Language Service, Inc. in Bellevue, WA is seeking a dedicated Bilingual Customer Service & Language Specialist (Korean) for a full-time, on-site role. The position combines real-time interpretation with administrative duties, with a Monday–Friday schedule and medical benefits.

The candidate will deliver Korean-English interpretation (OPI/VRI), update interpreter profiles, manage assignments and schedules, and maintain professional, confidential communications with clients and staff.

Qualifications

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean required.
• Excellent communication, organization and customer service skills.
• Experience in scheduling, interpretation or translation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Interpret real-time OPI/VRI in Korean and English for clients.
• Assist interpreters by completing and updating profiles and documentation.
• Coordinate interpreter assignments and manage schedules with accuracy.
• Maintain confidential handling of client and interpreter information.
• Ensure timely and compliant fulfillment of client requests.
