Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in English and Korean with professional interpretation ability.
• Minimum 1 year of professional interpreting experience.
• Successful completion of language and interpreting proficiency evaluations.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate consecutive interpretation between English and Korean during onsite assignments.
• Provide remote interpretation by telephone or video when applicable.
• Follow interpreter protocols, professional standards, and client requirements.
• Maintain confidentiality, privacy, and data-security as required (HIPAA, FERPA, GLBA).
• Maintain professional language proficiency and up-to-date terminology for assignments.
