Job summary

ALO is seeking a Senior Operations Manager for Korea to translate regional strategies into operational readiness across the Distribution & Logistics network. The role partners closely with the Korean retail operations team and our 3rd party distribution center to hit revenue targets and ensure a seamless guest experience.

Based in Seoul, the Senior Manager works with global teams to optimize inbound/outbound logistics, trade compliance, and inventory control while driving continuous improvement

Qualifications

5+ years of experience managing 3rd party operations in distribution and logistics supporting retail/eCommerce/wholesale.
Strong knowledge of Korea distribution, trade and logistics for retail and eCommerce.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives with global dependencies.
Proficient in Korean and English.
Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Operations or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage daily distribution and logistics operations with 3rd party centers and internal partners.
Collaborate with Retail Operations for NSOs, eCommerce launches, and special projects.
Support revenue targets with FP&A and planning teams as needed.
Lead KPI setting, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement.
Ensure product flow from receipt to store/ecommerce location.
