ALO is seeking a Senior Operations Manager for Korea to drive regional distribution and logistics readiness. The role partners with 3rd party centers, Retail Ops, and planning teams to hit revenue targets and coordinate with global partners.

It sits in Asia Operations and reports to the Senior Director, Operations Asia. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in third-party operations, proficiency in Korean and English, strong Excel and analytics, and a proven ability to lead cross-functional programs

Qualifications

• 5+ years in third‑party operations or distribution with focus on retail/eCommerce.

Responsibilities

• Manage distribution and logistics ops with 3rd party centers and internal partners.
• Collaborate with Retail Ops for NSOs and eCommerce launches.
• Support revenue targets with FP&A and Sr Director Asia.
• Lead KPI monitoring and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate demand, capacity, and throughput with planning teams.
