Job summary

LMG Staffing Solutions is seeking a hands-on Local Digital Marketer to drive campaigns for the South Korea market. You will translate regional strategies into local execution, plan and optimize paid media, and lead localization efforts across content and channels.

This role requires native Korean, strong English, and proven experience in Korean copywriting, localization, and B2B or technical marketing. Remote-friendly and collaboration with global teams are key.

Qualifications

• Native-level Korean language proficiency and strong written/verbal English.
• Korean copywriting, content marketing, or localization experience.
• Experience marketing to Korean audiences is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute local digital marketing campaigns based on regional strategy, objectives, budget, and timelines.
• Adapt regional campaigns to the Korean market based on local behavior, trends, language, culture, and channel dynamics.
• Develop and optimize Korean-language email and EDM content, including subject lines and segmentation inputs.
• Localize industry news, white papers, technical materials, educational content, standards-related content, and thought leadership.
• Adapt headlines, calls to action, and promotional copy for Korean readers.
• Manage and optimize paid digital campaigns on Naver and Korean social channels.
• Support localized website, landing pages, and social content.
• Coordinate with internal teams, agencies, designers, and external partners for content and campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on impressions, CTR, CPC, CPL, conversion rate, lead volume, and ROI/ROAS.
• Conduct A/B testing on creatives, messaging, audiences, channels, and landing pages.
• Provide local market insights and recommendations to the Marketing Lead.
• Prepare regular campaign performance reports with actionable recommendations.
