LMG Staffing Solutions is seeking a hands-on Local Digital Marketer to support Japan market initiatives. You will translate regional strategies into local campaigns, manage paid media, develop localized content, and drive lead generation in collaboration with the Marketing Lead.

The role requires native-level Japanese and strong English, with experience targeting Japanese B2B audiences and familiarity with Japan's digital advertising landscape.

Responsibilities

• Execute local digital marketing campaigns based on regional marketing strategy, business objectives, target audience, budget, and campaign timelines.
• Adapt regional campaigns to the Japan market based on local customer behavior, market trends, language, culture, and channel dynamics.
• Support CRM/database coordination and landing-page collaboration with the global marketing team.
• Manage and optimize paid digital campaigns across relevant local platforms (e.g., LINE, Yahoo! Japan, Google) and global advertising platforms.
• Develop and localize marketing content, including ad copy, social content, landing-page content, email content, and short-form video materials.
• Drive lead generation through paid media, digital campaigns, landing pages, forms, and events.
• Coordinate with internal teams, agencies, designers, and other external partners for content and campaign production.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on impressions, CTR, CPC, CPL, conversion rate, lead volume, and ROI/ROAS.
• Provide local market insights, competitor observations, and recommendations to the Marketing Lead.
• Prepare regular campaign performance reports with actionable recommendations.
