Job summary

Binance, a leading global blockchain ecosystem, seeks a seasoned Growth Marketing professional to drive localized user acquisition, engagement, and retention in Korea. You will plan end-to-end campaigns across online and offline channels, collaborating with Product, Operations, BD, Compliance, Creative, and Regional Marketing to tailor messaging for local audiences.

You will analyze performance data, identify market trends, and work with partners and media to expand reach.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in growth marketing or campaign management.
• Strong understanding of local market dynamics and cultural nuances.
• Proven track record of measurable growth campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills to track KPIs and translate insights.
• Experience cross-functionally in fast-growth tech or crypto.
• Fluency in Korean and professional English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute localized growth strategies and marketing campaigns.
• Plan and optimize end-to-end campaigns across online and offline channels.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Operations, BD, Compliance, Creative, and Regional Marketing.
• Analyze campaign performance and user behavior data to generate insights.
• Identify market trends and inform growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with local partners, influencers, communities, and media channels.
• Own campaign calendars, execution timelines, and reporting.
• Support localization of global campaigns and tailor messaging for the local audience.
• Monitor budget allocation and campaign ROI.
• Drive experimentation and test-and-learn initiatives.
