Job summary

LMG Staffing Solutions is seeking a hands-on Local Digital Marketer to support the China market. You will plan and execute local campaigns, adapt regional content, manage WeChat and related ecosystem activities, and drive lead generation and ROI.

Native Mandarin and strong English are required, with experience in WeChat marketing, Baidu SEO, and Chinese keyword strategy. Residency in Mainland China is preferred, and electronics/tech B2B exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Native or professional-level Mandarin Chinese and strong professional English.
• Hands-on experience with WeChat marketing and Baidu SEO.
• Ability to localize marketing content rather than translate literally.

Responsibilities

• Execute local digital marketing campaigns based on regional strategy and budgets.
• Adapt campaigns to the Mainland China market considering local behavior and channels.
• Support WeChat Official Account operations and related ecosystem activities.
• Support paid campaigns including geo-targeting on China platforms.
• Conduct Chinese keyword research and Baidu SEO tasks including on-page optimization and rank tracking.
• Localize marketing content into Simplified Chinese (ad copy, WeChat articles, landing pages, emails, scripts).
• Coordinate with internal teams and partners for content and campaign production.
• Monitor performance and optimize for impressions, CTR, CPC, CPL, conversions, and ROI/ROAS.
• Perform A/B testing on creatives, messaging, audiences, channels, and landing pages.
• Provide market insights and regular performance reports with recommendations.
