Job summary

Paradex is expanding its DeFi services across Asia. As a Business Development Associate, based in Korea, you will scale our client relations and market presence, leveraging your knowledge of the derivatives space and the crypto ecosystem.

You will handle onboarding, educate clients on product features, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions. Fluent English and Korean are required, and a flexible remote setup is offered.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of the crypto landscape, derivatives, and sales & trading workflows. Experience in electronic trading is essential.
• Strong connections within the crypto community and a proven ability to leverage relationships to meet business objectives.
• Fluency in English and Korean with exceptional communication skills.
• A track record of exceeding revenue goals and the ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Ability to work seamlessly with a globally distributed team.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for both new and existing institutional clients, managing the full relationship lifecycle from onboarding to ongoing engagement.
• Proactively drive new business opportunities and expand existing relationships across Asia, tailoring your approach to meet client needs.
• Conduct onboarding sessions to educate clients on product features and workflows, and address technical queries.
• Prepare and present detailed reports on client activity to management, and liaise between clients and internal teams like Engineering, Product, QA, and Compliance.
• Uphold the highest standards of professionalism in all interactions.
