Job summary

Binance is seeking a motivated PR KOL BD professional to join our team in a remote-friendly role. You will support identifying relevant KOLs, coordinate events, and maintain clear communication between influencers and Binance during fast-paced campaigns.

As a recent graduate with strong English and interpersonal skills, you will help manage crisis communications, report on sentiment, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive positive public perception in the crypto space.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate or final-year student in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related fields.
• Fluency in English is required to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships.
• Presentable, confident, and comfortable attending events and engaging with influencers.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in the crypto/blockchain industry is a plus but not mandatory.
• Ability to handle sensitive situations calmly and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Assist in identifying and engaging KOLs aligned with our brand values.
• Support the PR team in organizing and attending KOL events, meetings, and networking activities.
• Act as a liaison between the company and KOLs, ensuring timely and professional communication.
• Help manage crisis communications and support resolution efforts with KOLs during sensitive situations.
• Prepare and deliver clear, concise updates and reports on KOL activities and public sentiment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align KOL strategies with overall PR goals.
• Maintain a professional and presentable image as a representative of the company.
