Position

We are seeking a Konica Minolta Production Field Service Technician to join our service team in the Albuquerque, NM area. This is a field position covering a territory near you, including Albuquerque and surrounding areas.

Essential Job Duties

1. Troubleshooting and repairing office equipment such as copiers, printers, and fax machines.
2. Providing high-quality technical support to our customers.
3. Communicating with customers to ensure satisfaction.
4. Developing solutions for unusual problems.
5. Managing time, resources, and territorial considerations effectively.

Qualifications

1. 2-6 years of relevant experience.
2. Experience servicing and repairing Konica Minolta production-level equipment.
3. Advanced Konica Minolta certifications are required.
4. Strong computer skills, including a working knowledge of Windows 10 applications.
5. Excellent customer service and communication skills.
6. Strong problem-solving abilities and mechanical/electrical skills.
7. Highly motivated and capable of working independently in the field.
8. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; a company vehicle will be provided.
