Position

We are seeking a Printer Field Service Technician to join our service team in the Albuquerque, NM area. This is a field position covering a territory near you, servicing Albuquerque and surrounding areas.

Essential Job Duties

• Troubleshooting and repairing office equipment (copiers, printers, fax machines, etc.)
• Providing high-quality technical support to our customers
• Communicating with customers to ensure satisfaction
• Developing solutions for unusual problems
• Managing time, resources, and territory considerations

Qualifications

• Experience with product lines supported by Pacific Office Automation: Konica Minolta, Ricoh, Canon, Sharp, Oce, Lexmark, HP.
• Certification and/or hands-on experience with one or more of these product lines is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong customer service skills.
• Strong relationship management skills with customers, vendors, and colleagues.
• Exceptional mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills for digital office equipment.
• Effective organizational skills and good judgment in managing conflicting demands and priorities.
• Initiative and proactive decision-making abilities.
• Strong ethics and ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Proficiency in computer literacy; Fiery/controller experience is a plus.
• Ability to work extra hours during peak periods as needed.
• Mechanical and electrical mindset.
