Norvoc Bioscience is seeking a results-driven KOL Marketing Manager to identify and partner with key opinion leaders across channels. You will own end-to-end campaign management, negotiate contracts, brief creators, approve content, and track performance.

You will serve as the main liaison to KOLs, ensuring timely communication and payments while coordinating with PR, product and legal teams to stay on-brand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• 2+ years in social media marketing with KOL/influencer management experience.
• Strong negotiation, relationship-management, and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Identify, vet and build relationships with KOLs/influencers aligned with brand.
• Own end-to-end KOL campaign management: outreach, contracts, briefing, approvals.
• Be primary contact for KOLs: schedule delivery and coordinate payments.
• Coordinate with PR, product and legal to ensure compliant, on-brand content.
• Measure KOL ROI (engagement, reach, conversions, sentiment) and adjust strategy.
• Maintain KOL CRM with relationship status and past collaborations.
• Develop social media strategies with editorial calendars and campaigns.
• Create and curate content (text, images, video) for each platform.
• Manage community engagement: respond to comments and DMs.
