Job summary

Keenova seeks a Thought Leader Liaison for the Central US to develop and manage relationships with Key Opinion Leaders, advancing Keenova’s immunology portfolio. This field-based role requires independent work and frequent travel, reporting to the Thought Leader Liaison Lead within Specialty Brands Marketing.

You will identify, map, and nurture KOL networks, coordinate speaker programs and advisory boards, and support Congress activities across Rheumatology, Nephrology, and related specialties.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in pharmaceutical/biotech or related fields with customer-facing roles.
• 5+ years in thought leader engagement; medical affairs, marketing, or sales experience.
• 3+ years working within Ophthalmology or related areas.
• Experience developing and executing KOL mapping and plans.

Responsibilities

• Identify, cultivate and maintain relationships with regional Key Opinion Leaders.
• Support deep engagement of KOLs and navigate professional organizations.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align external engagement strategies.
• Lead regional congress planning, sponsorships, and speaker engagements.
• Manage speaker bureaus and contract requirements; coordinate with marketing on materials.
