Job summary

EPM Scientific is seeking a KOL Engagement Lead to build and maintain partnerships with thought leaders, patient advocacy groups, and academic institutions. This role supports strategic engagement initiatives across neurology-focused therapeutic areas and collaborates with cross-functional teams to advance educational programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years in pharma/biotech.
• At least 3 years building KOL relationships.
• Experience in alliance management or advocacy relations.
• Neurology experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain KOL, patient advocacy, and academic partnerships.
• Represent the company at advocacy events and conferences.
• Support educational resources and opportunities for healthcare professionals.
• Provide strategic guidance to field teams and cross-functional partners.
• Support product launches and portfolio promotion activities.
• Collaborate with training, marketing, medical affairs, compliance and operations.
