Qualifications

8+ years in pharmaceutical or biotech marketing with a focus on HCP engagement, medical education, or peer-to-peer strategy.
Experience building and leading ad boards, the TLL organization, and KOL strategy.
Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail and strong regulatory compliance experience.

Responsibilities

Lead KOL engagement strategies, Thought Leader Liaison education, and advisory board initiatives.
Develop scalable resources and processes to improve field execution and insights translation.
Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Commercial, Marketing, Legal and Compliance to align educational programs with regulatory requirements.
Oversee TLL targets, KOL data, activities, insights, and records across Veeva and other systems.
Manage external vendors and partners supporting educational initiatives and advisory boards.
Establish metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of engagement activities and continuous improvement.
