Job summary

Solventum is seeking a Medical Science Specialist in a field-based clinical role. You will serve as a trusted scientific peer to KOLs, clinicians, and researchers, communicating complex data and supporting investigator-initiated research while translating clinical programs for marketing and development teams.

This role requires a medical or life sciences background and 5+ years in healthcare, with strong communication skills and the ability to work across functions.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in Medicine, Biology, Wound Care, or life sciences.
• 5+ years of experience in healthcare, scientific marketing, or clinical development.
• Experience in communicating scientific information, including oral and written forums.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with KOLs and clinicians for partnerships and knowledge exchange.
• Oversee preparation and delivery of clinical data presentations for conferences and meetings.
• Provide medical and scientific support for marketed products, new indications, and products in development.
• Serve as a primary clinical data resource for questions on data and trials and act as a company spokesperson on clinical programs.
