Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (Masters preferred) in public administration, business administration, or related field.
• Minimum of five to seven years experience in municipal government administrative or executive capacity; including at least five years of supervisory and personnel management; and investment experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, manage and oversee City activities and operations.
• Implement policy decisions made by the City Council and ensure laws and ordinances are executed.
• Provide information on policy, legislative and financial decisions to council and citizens.
• Maintain professional expertise to promote efficient use of resources and deliver quality public services.

Education
