Job summary

Performance Contracting Group in Louisville, KY, seeks a Project Manager for its PCI Cincinnati 581 operations. You will provide project management support to commercial projects, ensure safety plans and QA/QC standards, and manage schedules, costs, and subcontractor coordination.

The role requires 5–7 years in construction management, OSHA certification, MS Office proficiency, and strong communication. Local to the Louisville area preferred.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of Construction Management experience.
• OSHA Certification.
• Experience with estimating, project management, and managing specialty scopes.
• Ability to diagnose critical project risks and navigate to profitable outcomes.
• Strong reading of specifications and drawings.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel/Word).
• Excellent verbal and written communication; team player.

Responsibilities

• Actively participate in safety plans and branch/project measures.
• Create and manage punch lists; ensure QA/QC compliance.
• Prepare RFIs, submittals, and shop drawings.
• Develop and implement job schedules; coordinate with field supervisors.
• Control labor, manage warranties and O&M, and coordinate vendors and subcontractors.
• Monitor job costs through monthly financial analyses; support Customer Alignment Plan.
