Job summary

Equifax is seeking an Operational Knowledge & Training Manager in St. Louis to lead KM and Training within EWS Operations. You will guide a team to design, build, and support a next‑generation knowledge model for humans and AI agents. You will own content lifecycle, QA, and change management across programs.

The role emphasizes leadership, learning strategy, and collaboration with stakeholders to drive improvement and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Communications, Instructional Design, or a related field.
• 3+ years in Content Lifecycle Management for docs or learning materials.
• 1-2 years management experience in training teams preferred.
• Proficiency with enterprise LMS (Workday Learning preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of knowledge management and training specialists.
• Distribute workloads and set priorities for timely task completion.
• Oversee content lifecycle from ideation to delivery with continuous improvement.
• Shape and refine eLearning and KM strategy to align with operational goals.
• Serve as QA checkpoint for all eLearning content and conduct audits.
• Manage change with updated communications and training resources.
• Gather stakeholder feedback and report data trends to drive improvements.
