The role requires a TS SCI clearance with CI Poly, strong analytical and communication skills, and a track record of managing knowledge systems in government or defense contexts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Management, Library Science, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years of knowledge management or information management experience.
• Active TS SCI clearance with CI Polygraph mandatory.
• Experience in government/defense contracting handling sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement knowledge management strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Manage knowledge databases and ensure accuracy and accessibility of information.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify knowledge gaps and solutions.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing through workshops, training, and initiatives.
• Ensure security compliance and protection of sensitive information.
• Monitor effectiveness of KM practices and recommend improvements.
• Stay informed of KM trends to enhance organizational capabilities.
