Job summary

You will train users, standardize documentation, and maintain KM tools and dashboards, collaborating with analysts and leadership to ensure accurate, accessible information.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 5+ years of knowledge management experience within the IC.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, to include MS SharePoint.
• TS/SCI with ability to obtain and maintain a CI polygraph.

Responsibilities

• Analyze technical requirements and develop technical solutions.
• Perform MS SharePoint user and group management.
• Develop solutions for business process automation.
• Provide users with support on MS SharePoint.
• Develop custom MS SharePoint pages, libraries, lists, views, workflows and scripts.
• Promote adoption through user training.
• Identify and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Develop and maintain KM tools, repositories, and dashboards.
• Lead efforts to standardize documentation and streamline access to critical data.
• Support analysts, editors, and leadership with organized, accurate, and easily retrievable information.
