Job summary

DHI-WFS is seeking a Knowledge Management team member to support data and knowledge-sharing initiatives. The role includes establishing MS Teams environments, administering SharePoint, and serving as HQ STARCOM records manager with training duties.

The candidate will assist with FOIA/PA request processing and must communicate effectively in both oral and written forms with stakeholders. Onsite 100% work schedule, Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Windows and MS Office suite.
• Onsite 100%, Monday–Friday.

Responsibilities

• Develop processes to enhance data and knowledge sharing.
• Establish MS Teams environments and assist users.
• Administer HQ STARCOM's SharePoint environments.
• Represent HQ STARCOM as records manager and maintain records plan.
• Assist FOIA/PA information requests processing.
