Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree highly desired.
• Four+ years of experience as SharePoint administrator/analyst for a large organization.
• Two+ years of experience creating and maintaining knowledge management solutions for DoW.
• Proficiency in M365 and Microsoft Power Platform is highly desired.
• Experience training non-technical staff on SharePoint and other KM tools is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the site administrator for the organizational SharePoint portal and perform customization as needed.
• Create and maintain websites using M365 and Microsoft Power Platform.
• Conduct a quality check/QA on data and docs to ensure standards.
• Conduct training on SharePoint and KM tools and processes.
• Identify organizational gaps in KM and implement solutions.
