Job summary

By Light Professional IT Services, alongside American Communications Solutions, seeks a KM/SharePoint specialist for EWOCS contract supporting Patrick Space Force Base and Vandenberg AFB. You will document, organize, and maintain knowledge data, build KM tools, and ensure secure information management across teams.

The role requires 3–5 years of experience, ability to interface with military personnel, and proficiency in SharePoint, Teams, Confluence, ServiceNow, and PowerApps.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of knowledge management experience in government or DoD environments.
• Experience designing and maintaining KM systems using SharePoint, Teams, Confluence and ServiceNow.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools.
• Active DoD Secret Clearance required.
• Ability to interface effectively with military personnel and government managers.

Responsibilities

• Document, organize, maintain, and share data, information, and knowledge.
• Design and implement KM systems and tools at required security levels.
• Maintain the Records and Information Management program.
• Maintain a central knowledge base accessible by government personnel and customers.
• Support SharePoint site collections, permissions, libraries, and links.
• Design and develop SharePoint sites using modern/classic pages and web parts.
• Maintain SharePoint lists/libraries, content types, and permissions.
• Develop InfoPath Forms and PowerApps to meet requirements.
• Modernize current KM collaboration systems and applications.
• Interface with military members and other stakeholders effectively.
