Job summary

Integral Federal, Inc. is seeking a Knowledge Manager to develop, govern, and maintain knowledge assets supporting VA IT solutions and delivery.

You will organize documentation, training materials, and procedural artifacts, ensuring daily updates in Jira, GitHub, and Confluence as the single source of truth.

The role requires strong technical writing, compliance with VA SDLC/RMF/NIST, and collaboration with Agile teams to keep onboarding, release readiness, and user readiness aligned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or an IT-related field and 7–10 years of experience.
• Experience creating and maintaining system documentation, training materials, and procedural artifacts.
• Experience supporting onboarding, operational documentation, and user readiness.
• Experience ensuring compliance with VA SDLC, RMF, NIST, and enterprise architecture documentation requirements.
• Experience maintaining artifact traceability and organizing materials within Jira, GitHub, Confluence.
• Excellent technical writing and documentation skills.
• Knowledge of Agile, DevSecOps, and SDLC documentation workflows.
• Public Trust clearance or eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and govern knowledge assets to support VA IT solutions.
• Organize and publish knowledge artifacts in VA standards across repositories.
• Create and maintain documentation, user guides, training materials, and procedures.
• Ensure daily updates of product data in Jira, GitHub, and Confluence.
• Support onboarding, training, and user readiness for releases and features.
• Align knowledge assets with PI Planning, Sprint planning, and release activities.
