HII, Mission Technologies is seeking a Knowledge Manager (Business Process Analyst 4) who will drive operational excellence through systematic process improvement and innovation. This role will combine strategic thinking with practical implementation to enhance organizational efficiency and effectiveness.

Position requires a top secret security clearance with SCI eligibility.

What you will do

• Design and implement comprehensive knowledge management strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize standard operating procedures (SOPs) across multiple business units.
• Lead complex problem-solving initiatives and create innovative solutions for non-standard challenges.
• Facilitate knowledge transfer and best practice sharing across teams and departments.
• Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements using data-driven approaches.
• Create and maintain knowledge repositories and documentation systems.
• Guide cross-functional teams in process improvement initiatives.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops to promote knowledge sharing.
  

What we are looking for

• 10 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 8 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 14 years relevant experience.
• Minimum 5 years of demonstrated experience in knowledge management.
• Current PMP or PgMP certification.
• ITIL certification or substantial practical experience.
• Experience with Lean Six Sigma methodologies or Business Process Engineering.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects and initiatives.

Physical Requirements

• Job performance will normally require only minor lifting and carrying of boxes of records or equipment.
