Vickers and Nolan Enterprises (VNE) is an engineering company that provides Government projects and programs with experienced system architects, engineers, subject matter experts (in tactical intelligence), and program managers. VNE develops training courses and tools to prepare warfighters to effectively employ tactical intelligence systems and provides management guidance to Government organizations that develop these systems.

Position: TS/SCI Cleared Knowledge Manager Sr SharePoint
Minimum Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in a related field from an accredited university, or a Bachelor’s degree with an additional 5 years of senior experience (total 17 years).
  • Minimum 12 years of relevant experience, with recent experience within the last 2 years.
  • Knowledge of IC and DoD classification guidelines.
  • Proficiency in logic, systematic information gathering, and analysis.
  • Experience in producing concise reports and briefings using MS Office tools.
  • Ability to communicate complex issues clearly and effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and structured research development.
  • Ability to work independently, collaborate, and lead analytic teams.
  • TS/SCI clearance required; CI Poly highly desired.
Job Responsibilities
  • Align processes and technology for information sharing among analysts and organizations.
  • Manage SharePoint sites, troubleshoot issues, and ensure security controls.
  • Develop web applications using languages like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and C#/VB.NET to support knowledge management and dissemination tools.
Additional Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to sit/stand for long periods, and work on a computer for extended durations.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a typical office environment.
