Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Manager for Knowledge Management, Learning & Knowledge (Hybrid) to lead knowledge content strategy and program delivery. You will mentor teams, partner with senior stakeholders, and drive content transformation to improve agent performance and customer outcomes.

You will work across the Learning & Knowledge team to design and implement initiatives that improve content experiences, enable knowledge sharing, and optimize processes in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 4+ years in content strategy, UX writing, communications, or marketing.
• 3+ years of project or process management experience.
• 2+ years using Google Suite or Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of strategic projects and programs.
• Identify and mitigate roadblocks to keep projects on track and on-schedule.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and provide transparent progress updates.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine the horizontal operating model and drive efficiency.
• Translate strategic objectives into actionable initiatives and roadmaps; lead or support from ideation to post-implementation review.
• Mentor team members and promote accountability, continuous improvement, and excellence in content strategy and knowledge sharing.
