Job summary

General Dynamics IT is seeking a Knowledge Management Representative to develop and maintain SOPs, user guides and knowledge articles for Network Enterprise. The role includes updating the SharePoint KM repository and providing troubleshooting support for diverse corporate IT environments.

The ideal candidate will have a BA/BS with 5+ years of related experience, TS/SCI clearance with the ability to obtain a polygraph, and two 8570 certifications (Security+ CE and PWS 9.1).

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree (or equivalent) with 5+ years of related experience.
• Must hold TS/SCI clearance; ability to obtain polygraph.
• Two 8570 certifications: Security+ CE and PWS 9.1.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain SOPs, User Guides and Knowledge Articles for Network Enterprise.
• Maintain documentation within the SharePoint KM repository.
• Provide end-user software/hardware troubleshooting and remote assistance.
• Respond to queries via in-person, phone, email, or IM and follow up on issues.
