Job summary

General Dynamics - IT in Maryland seeks a Knowledge Management Representative to create and maintain SOPs, user guides and knowledge articles for Network Enterprise. Responsibilities include documentation in the SharePoint KM repository and providing end-user support for IT systems.

The role requires a BA/BS (or equivalent) with 5+ years of experience, TS/SCI clearance, and certifications (Security+ CE or 8570, PWS 9.1). Travel to customer sites may be required.

Qualifications

• BA/BS (or equivalent) with 5+ years of experience in knowledge management or technical writing.
• Clearance TS/SCI required or ability to obtain
• Security+ CE or 8570 cert, and PWS 9.1 cert expected.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain SOPs, User Guides and Knowledge Articles for Network Enterprise.
• Maintain SharePoint KM repository and update site documents as needed.
• Provide end-user technical support for computer systems, software and hardware.
• Respond to queries in person, by phone, email, IM or voicemail.
• May coach less-experienced staff or serve as a team lead.
