Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 2+ years relevant experience, or High School with 6+ years experience.
• Experience posting, editing, distributing, and maintaining content for websites/portals.
• Experience creating knowledge articles to facilitate seamless information exchange across systems.
• Active TS/SCI clearance and ability to pass background and drug screening.
• Experience organizing data and creating knowledge articles.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate day-to-day knowledge management activities.
• Create KM/KA content for new and gap processes to standardize approaches.
• Define knowledge categories and ensure article quality and validation.
• Obtain SME approval and identify content or solutions for end users.
• Encourage contributions and maintain knowledge templates.
