Job summary

Chenega MIOS is seeking a Knowledge Management Analyst in Springfield, VA to manage daily KM activities and create knowledge articles for process standardization. The role emphasizes SME collaboration, content quality, and driving end-user support across the organization.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s Degree (or 6+ years experience with HS) and demonstrate strong MS Office skills, team collaboration, and effective communication in a fast-paced contracting environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or 2+ years of relevant experience with an alternate combination of education/experience.
• High School with 6+ years of relevant experience accepted.
• Master’s Degree preferred for advanced responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all day-to-day knowledge management process activities.
• Create KM/KA for new or gap processes to standardize approaches.
• Define knowledge categories and validate content quality.
• Obtain SME validation as needed and identify new content to support end users.
• Encourage knowledge article contributions and maintain templates.
• Pin key knowledge articles to top search results and report on metrics.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
