Job summary

ManpowerGroup Global, Inc. seeks a Knowledge Management Coordinator in Roseland, NJ (Hybrid). The role focuses on AI evaluation, integration, and knowledge-resource management within the Knowledge and Research Services (KRS) department. You will support training, SharePoint resources, and user guidance for legal technology tools.

The position emphasizes collaboration with attorneys, staff, and leadership to enhance information retrieval and workflow efficiency in a law-firm setting.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree from an accredited college or university.
• Experience in a law firm, legal tech, or technology environment is a plus.
• Hands-on experience using generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot).
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and web-based collaboration tools.
• Ability to test, evaluate, and integrate AI platforms into workflows.
• Coordinate training sessions and guide attorneys and staff on KM tools.
• Develop foundational legal fluency and work with lawyers across groups.

Responsibilities

• Test and evaluate AI tools and platforms, documenting findings for leadership.
• Develop and maintain AI training materials, prompts, and user guidance.
• Assist attorneys and staff in applying AI tools within practice workflows.
• Develop and maintain SharePoint sites, client portals, and work product libraries.
• Improve knowledge resources design, navigation, and UX based on feedback.
• Support end-to-end technology initiatives in a law firm setting.
