Job summary

Fox Rothschild LLP seeks a KM Legal Research Lead to enhance research and knowledge management across the firm. You will provide expert legal research support, guide AI-enabled workflows, and serve as SME for tools used by attorneys, paralegals, and clients.

You will develop procedures, maintain training materials, and collaborate with the KM Research Director to advance AI initiatives and practice guides, ensuring efficient, cost-effective research.

Qualifications

MLS or JD required or equivalent experience.
4–8 years of legal research experience.
Experience in Am Law 100/200 preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide expert legal research and KM support including AI tooling guidance.
Develop and refine research templates and procedures.
Train analysts and assist attorneys, paralegals, and clients.
Manage Research Center and create practice guides and videos.
Support AI tool adoption and integrate AI-enhanced workflows.
