Florida International University (FIU) seeks a Manager of Academic Support Services at the Modesto A. Maidique Campus to lead knowledge management and PMO initiatives within the Herbert Wertheim College of Medicine.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and four (4) years of experience, or Master's degree and two (2) years of experience.

Responsibilities

Manages day-to-day project management activities and PMO scheduling.
Assists in determining what academic and clinical data qualify as knowledge vs information.
Defines and implements tools for the Office of Institutional Knowledge Management (IKM).
Maintains and updates the Smartsheet solution for accurate project information.
Builds project plans, dashboards, automations and reports to track progress and KPIs.
Develops guidelines and program objectives for IKM.
Coordinates the implementation and review of IKM programs and initiatives.
Oversees records management protocols and knowledge life cycles.
