Job summary

Stanford ChEM-H is seeking a Project and Knowledge Management Specialist to lead evaluation, design, and implementation of PM and KM tools to support its advanced research portfolio. You will work with highly technical scientists and staff, deploying solutions and data visualization to track progress and impact across programs.

The role requires experience with PM cycles, data management, and BI tools, plus excellent time management and communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and three years of related experience in management of projects of moderate size/complexity.
• Ability to establish priorities and manage shifting deadlines with multiple tasks.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
• Experience with project management cycles and data management tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management and knowledge management processes across Stanford ChEM-H initiatives.
• Collaborate with developers, end users, vendors, and management to deliver BI solutions.
• Develop reports, dashboards, scorecards, and ad hoc analyses from data.
• Represent PM/KM functions across major projects and coordinate with university IT and external partners.
• Support change management and communication strategies for project scope and partners.
• Oversee budgets and integrate financial tracking into PM tools.
• Assess training needs and develop user training for relevant tools.
