Job summary

Wolters Kluwer seeks a Content Management Lead (Team Lead, Knowledge Specialist) for a hybrid role near Indianapolis to advance the BL Knowledgebase and oversee knowledge-buildouts for large clients. The role requires coordinating with KST and other teams to ensure rapid, accurate answers for internal queries and licensing concerns.

You will guide junior staff, manage workflows, and partner with Marketing on public materials while maintaining regulatory alignment in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience, preferably in research, legal, or knowledgebase management.
• Hybrid role with travel requirements

Responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to internal queries via InSys, smartly delegating to KST team members.
• Maintain task status updates to keep adjacent team members informed.
• Communicate directly with external government agencies to assist with license research inquiries.
• Add new and updated license information to the BL Brain Knowledgebase following internal task completion.
• Liaise with adjacent teams to organize knowledge buildouts ahead of large incoming clients and renewal season volume.
• Collaborate with Marketing on public facing web material as needed.
• Assist with structural maintenance, feature development, and troubleshooting related to the BL knowledgebase.
• Assist with internal cross-team training efforts.
