Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT) is seeking a Knowledge Management Representative to create and maintain SOPs, user guides, and knowledge articles for Network Enterprise. You will manage documentation in the SharePoint KM repository and provide remote and on-site technical support for IT systems.

Applicants should have a BA/BS (or equivalent) and 5+ years of related experience, with TS/SCI clearance and polygraph eligibility. Travel to customer sites may be required.

Qualifications

• BA/BS or equivalent experience required.
• 5+ years of related experience.
• Clearance: TS/SCI must be able to obtain and maintain a polygraph.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain SOPs, User Guides and Knowledge Articles (KAs) for Network Enterprise.
• Provide technical support for computer systems, software, and hardware; respond to queries in person, by phone, email, IM, and voicemail.
• Maintain documentation within the SharePoint Knowledge Management repository and update site documents accordingly.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues; administer email and Microsoft Office.
• May coach junior staff and serve as team or task lead.
