Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Knowledge Management specialist to support the DoD Cyber Defense Command (DCDC) within the GSM-O II program. The role involves sustaining KM environments, implementing enhancements, and coordinating FOIA and records management tasks across the organization.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s degree, possesses a DoD TS/SCI clearance, and demonstrates strong communication skills in high-stress settings while working with government and military partners.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related field is required.
• Active DoD TS/SCI clearance and eligible for C/I Polygraph.
• Exposure to a Joint Command and/or Operations Center.
• Proficiency with Computer and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for high-stress environments.
• Understanding of key network monitoring protocols.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 Suite.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of Knowledge Management across directorates in all domains (people, processes, tools).
• Translate operational requirements into integrated technical solutions.
• Assist in establishing a Change Request schedule with priorities aligned to overall improvements in KM.
• Sustain and maintain DoD Cyber Defense Command (DCDC) KM environments and implement prioritized enhancements.
• Provide support to FOIA requests and assist Records Management efforts including metadata tagging.
• Coordinate with Records Officer on related taskers, meetings, boards and working groups.
• Contribute input for the Records Management Program within the organization.
