Job summary

McBride Consulting seeks a Program Manager/Knowledge Manager to support the C3BM division at Hanscom AFB. The role focuses on enterprise KM solutions using M365, SharePoint site design, and stakeholder collaboration with PMs, engineers, and SMEs to capture and disseminate technical data.

Strong written and verbal communication, plus the ability to brief senior leadership, are essential. A Top Secret/SCI-eligible clearance is required for this full-time position in Massachusetts.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Clearance: Top Secret with SCI eligibility.
• Education: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a related field.
• Experience: 3+ years in a DoD sector.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to brief senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead Knowledge Manager at the PAE level; develop, implement and maintain enterprise KM solutions using M365.
• Design and manage SharePoint sites, document libraries, lists, metadata, content types, permissions, workflows, and architectures to improve information accessibility and reuse.
• Provide briefings on Knowledge Management Best Practices.
• Partner with Program Managers, Engineers, Acquisition professionals and SMEs to capture, organize, document and disseminate technical and programmatic data.
• Develop automated workflows, dashboards, trackers, and digital tools using PowerApps/BI or other tools as appropriate.
