Qualifications
Two plus years of Knowledge Management experience.
Five plus years of legal experience in Restructuring at a large law firm.
Willingness to spend time in NY, Miami and Houston offices, as needed.
Responsibilities
Assess the needs of the Restructuring department with Co-Chairs.
Define and implement a knowledge management plan.
Create and maintain a collection of practice-related knowledge resources.
Implement processes for document assembly and analysis.
Monitor developments in law and business environments.
Collaborate with library to alerts for awareness.
