Latham & Watkins LLP is seeking a Knowledge Management Lawyer for the US AI and Copyright Litigation Practice. The role supports creation and organization of knowledge assets, monitors developments, and champions AI tools and technology across the team.

Location can be New York, Washington, DC, or San Francisco with hybrid options. The candidate will have a JD and at least five years in a leading international law firm, with strong communication and collaboration skills to work across levels and

Qualifications

Substantive knowledge of copyright law and/or AI-related litigation.
Ability to work independently and deliver on time.
Well-developed interpersonal skills across organizational levels.

Responsibilities

Manage creation, organization, and delivery of knowledge assets for AI and Copyright Litigation Practice.
Monitor legal, regulatory and market developments affecting the Practice.
Develop substantive training materials and provide training to attorneys on KM resources.
Draft and maintain client-facing materials and internal best-practice resources.
Support attorneys in client and industry engagements and protect confidential information.
