Job summary

Plateau is seeking an experienced Knowledge Management Analyst for a Department of War client in Arlington, VA. The role supports SharePoint administration, M365 tooling, and knowledge management initiatives, with partial telework available at the client’s discretion.

Responsibilities include site administration, building sites with M365/Power Platform, data QA, and training staff. Security clearance (SECRET) is desired; US citizenship is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is highly desired.
• Four or more years of experience as SharePoint administrator/analyst for a large organization.
• Two+ years of experience creating and maintaining knowledge management solutions for DoW organizations.
• Proficiency in M365 and Microsoft Power Platform is highly desired.
• Experience training non-technical staff on SharePoint and other KMS tools is highly desired.
• Strong presentation and written/verbal communication skills.

Description

We are seeking an experienced Knowledge Management Analyst for a Department of War (DoW) client in Arlington, VA. Partial telework may be approved for the right candidate based on the client’s discretion. Working closely with Plateau team members and government stakeholders, this role involves working on all aspects of knowledge management, to include MS SharePoint site administration, workflow automation and deployment of M365 tools and platforms.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the site administrator for organizational SharePoint portal and perform any needed customization for optimal functioning as a knowledge management portal.
• Create and maintain websites using M365 and Microsoft Power Platform.
• Conduct a quality check/quality assurance on all data and documents provided to ensure conformance with organizational standards.
• Conduct training as needed on SharePoint and other knowledge management tools and processes.
• Work with team members to identify organizations gaps that would benefit from the knowledge management process and implement solutions for identified gaps

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution is highly desired.
• Four or more years of experience working as SharePoint administrator/analyst for a large organization.
• Two or more years of experience creating and maintaining knowledge management solutions for DoW organizations is required.
• Proficiency in M365 and Microsoft Power Platform is highly desired.
• Experience in training non-technical staff on the use of SharePoint and other knowledge management tools and processes is highly desired.
• Strong presentation skills in a client-facing environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Security Requirements

• US Citizenship is required.
• Active SECRET clearance is highly desired; ability to obtain SECRET clearance is required.

Compensation & Benefits:

The anticipated salary range for this position is $80,000 – $100,000, with the final offer determined based on factors such as the candidate's experience, education, skills, certifications, and overall qualifications.
